Refund and Returns Policy

At Ajay Jeweller, we are committed to delivering the finest jewellery with complete transparency and care. Please go through the following policies to understand how we handle order processing, shipping, returns, and refunds.


Order Processing & Fulfilment Policy

At Ajay Jeweller, we prioritize delivering the best quality products. Every order goes through proper quality checks and secure packaging.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders placed on our website are usually processed within 24 hours.

  • During high-demand/festival seasons, processing may take up to 48 hours due to multiple quality checks and high order volumes.

  • Once your order is processed and verified, a tracking ID will be generated and shared with you via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Product Availability:

In the rare case that a product you ordered is out of stock, our team will notify you promptly.
You will then have the option to:

  • Select a similar product, or

  • Opt for a full refund (processed within our standard refund timelines)

Why We Take This Time:

  • Every product is quality-checked thoroughly.

  • Packaging is done securely so your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition.

  • Any product availability issues are communicated with full transparency.


Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time:
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Personalised items may take longer. If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, they may be shipped separately.

Shipping Charges:
₹50–₹100 for all domestic orders across India. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. No free shipping is available on international orders or returns.

Tracking:
Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS once the order is shipped.

Customs Duty & Taxes (International):
Any customs duty, VAT, or handling charges are to be borne entirely by the customer.

Undelivered Orders:
If a parcel is undelivered due to an incorrect address or non-acceptance, the customer will bear the re-shipping charges.


Return & Replacement Policy

Return Window:
We offer a 5-day return policy for unused and unworn items (except exclusions below).

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Personalised jewellery

  • Coins

  • Utensils

  • God idols

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance sale items
    These are non-returnable/non-refundable (unless defective).

Condition:
Returned items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Missing Items in Returns:
If any item is missing from the return package, the refund will be reduced by up to the full MRP of the missing item, including promotional/free gifts.

International Orders:
All international orders are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Damaged/Incorrect Items:
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a clear 360° unboxing video. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of the returned item being received at our warehouse.

  • The amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.


Exchange & Replacement

  • Exchanges or replacements are allowed under the same conditions as returns.

  • A replacement will only be shipped after the initial product is received back at our warehouse.


Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team for return approval.

  2. Customers must self-ship the product to our warehouse.

  3. The item must be packed securely as received, and a video of the packing process must be shared.

Note: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.


Silver Rakhi Policy

Due to the seasonal and hygiene-sensitive nature of Silver Rakhi products:

  • No Return & No Refund will be accepted for any Silver Rakhi products.

  • Once sold, these items are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Silver Rakhi Items:
A replacement may be offered only if:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You provide a clear 360° unboxing video showing the issue.

This applies in all cases, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Delivery delays by courier/logistics

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Note: Ajay Jeweller reserves the right to assess and approve such claims. The brand’s decision will be final.


Gift Policy

We understand many products are purchased as gifts. To ensure a smooth gifting experience:

  • Gift items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

  • Personalised gift items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • In case of a defective gift item, the recipient must inform us within 24 hours with a 360° unboxing video.

  • Gift wrapping or packaging charges are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges for gifts will only be processed with the buyer’s approval and under standard return/exchange conditions.


Important Clauses

Empty Parcel / Missing Products:
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a 360° unboxing video. Without valid proof, claims will not be honoured.

Force Majeure:
Ajay Jeweller will not be liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
